Carleton Place Santa Claus Parade
More than sixty floats and marching bands light up the evening route from the high school on Lake Avenue down Bridge Street to the Carambeck Centre. This year's theme is "Jingle Bell Rock".

A friendly mahjong tournament with seasonal refreshments at the Navy League building, raising money for the Alzheimer Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville. The Civitan Club and the Station Active Living Centre are helping run it.

An afternoon of country music and dancing at the arena with Gord Barnes, Andy Bowes, Wade Foster, Brad Munro, Yvan Petit and Mark Lemieux, and Rob Dodge of Valley Heritage Radio hosting. Twenty-five dollars, all for Home Hospice North Lanark. Tickets at Burns Jewellers.
