L&A Dark Sky Viewing Area
The most southerly unimpeded dark-sky site in Ontario — free, year-round, no gates, with a boulder-shielded lot so headlights can't spoil the dark. 11 km south on Rd 41; the Mellon Lake water access sits just down the road for a canoe or a quick dip before the stars come out.
