Tweed & Area Heritage Centre

Tweed's museum and archives, and the area's tourist bureau, at 40 Victoria Street North. Displays on the businesses and organizations that used to fill the village, records of births, deaths and marriages from the area, and family histories for anyone tracing roots here, plus a rack of pamphlets on where to go next. Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 3pm, and Saturday mornings from spring until early October.
